SureStart Children’s Centres have been funded by the Government to reduce poverty and improve outcomes for young children and their families.

Some services are for everyone. Additional activities and services have been set you for those identified as most in need.

In Hyde our childrens centre started off as a SureStart Programme to try out new ways of working which can now be taken on by local agencies.

We want to see children in Hyde have a good healthy start I life so they do well when starting school.

We also want to help families improve their incomes and increase choice and opportunities. Our Website will keep you up-to-date with what is going on to do this,
